This policy describes how A2M Technologies, LLC (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use Growth Compound (the “Service”). The short version: we collect what we need to run the Service, we don’t sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it.

1. What we collect

  • Account data — name, email, and authentication records.
  • Site connections — domains, publish endpoints and API keys you provide. API keys are stored encrypted.
  • Content & usage data — content plans, articles, backlink and AI-visibility results generated for your sites, plus basic logs of how the Service runs (e.g. autopilot run history).
  • Notification settings — email addresses and phone numbers you add for alerts.

2. How we use it

To operate and improve the Service: authenticating you, generating and publishing content you request, monitoring links and AI visibility, sending the notifications you enable, and keeping the Service secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your private content to train our own models.

3. Processors we rely on

We share data with service providers only as needed to run the Service: cloud hosting and database/authentication providers, AI model providers (to generate and score content and to run visibility checks), and email/SMS delivery providers (to send notifications you enable). Each processes data under its own terms and safeguards.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for sign-in sessions and product preferences (like your active site). We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account — or ask us to — we delete personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate operational records.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Contact us and we will honor applicable requests.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted transport, encrypted storage of site API keys, and row-level access controls on your data. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
